So with the proliferation of people who are work from home, these emergency services need to start understanding that people cannot just leave unless there's a mandatory evacuation. Work from home employers will not accept somebody leaving because they want to leave early. They only allow excuses from mandatory evacuation. So they need to set the mandatory evacuations earlier not later.
