I'm actually starting to sense it'll be Walz. Firstly because it's probably got to be a governor rather than a senator so we don't lose the seat. Second, Shapiro grabs PA but I'm not sure he brings in much else. Walz arguably has a broader appeal, the kind Kelly would bring but with better speaking off the cuff. The energy around Harris right now is unapologetic about its policy goals and no nonsense in its messaging, and Walz hits that note perfectly. He doesn't have the name recognition yet, but that won't matter to the campaign, as simply having him on the ticket brings that airtime. A folksy, common sense Midwestern football coach with major family-themed policy bona fides would be a HUGE asset.

Shapiro only if he denounces Netanyahu's war crimes. I love Jewish people and Judaism but if Israel is to survive as a Jewish state, it must pivot. I don't want to lose the Gen Z and the Arab American vote. Walz, Beshear and Kelly in that order are my favs.

Admittedly Senator Mark Kelly doesn't really have the same sort of charisma as Governor Josh Shapiro or Kamala Harris herself but equally I think perhaps that could be a bonus for him because he's known for keeping calm and for being unflappable and he's well respected by the Armed Forces having served as a US Navy helicopter pilot in Iraq and he can more than handle himself in heated debate with the likes of Trump or Vance.

Pete Buttigieg is the closest thing to a superhero the Democratic Party has! Of the remaining candidates, he's definitely Harris' wisest pick for VP.
