Your a rear foot amputee, I am facing a front foot amputation possibility, stingray, diabetes + Pushing myself through the summer as owner of sandiegosurf.com, a so cal surfing school + stupidity of not getting out of water sooner (too much summer fun teaching) and Urgent care not being aggressive when I did may result in amputation, I am very scared. I am on 6 week antibiotics after surgery. I would be a front foot amputee, 58 years old, on heavy side, a recreational surfer. If this happens I want to continue teaching and surfing. Biggest challenge?Any extra challenges a front foot surfer may face? How stable do you feel. I am 10" longboarder, that likes 1-3 foot fun waves in Oceanside Ca. Did your GF have an SDSU sweatshirt on? I am Alumnus.
