The problem is that American police in general are unqualified for their job. The average American cop has 19 weeks of training, in Europe you wouldn't even be allowed to regulate traffic on 19 weeks. In most other western nations, becoming a police officer is at least a full 3 year bachelors degree, and a substantial part of that education is dedicated to equipping them with the ability tolerate risk to your own life, without pulling that gun, because once that gun is out, you have burned almost all bridges leading to a peaceful end. If you can't tolerate putting your own life in danger, in order to *not* risk the lives of others, you find another job, period. It's that simple.

It definitely is not right what they are doing there, but i feel like these transitions into violence is also a result of the frustration of the citizins, mainly those living currently in poverty, which is a serious problem in USA. On top of that you add the Corona situation and Trump and it adds even more fuel to the whole situation. But not only that. USA is a country which lives in false believes around each citizen and also the government itself. When all in the past you did was shouting "USA, USA, USA, ..." over and over to make yourself believe, that this country is a great country, then you do not use that time to self-reflect on yourself and the country, which at some point will build up too much frustration of why things are not working. In my eyes USA never tried to work at themself in the past like maybe 50 years or even more and now this is probably the consequence out of it.

a knee on the kneck disables resistance. They both did it correctly. After the cuffs are put on, the cuffing officer lets the other officer know they completed the process. Both officers used the knee on the neck tactic correctly.
