Didn't they use buses or multi people transports. Instead of there cars. That way it will lessen blockage. Lesson to people that wait till the last minute only buses are allowed to g the ones left out so you don't get blockage of streets. Concerned. I pray for all.

Various things, one was a car that caught fire and the person driving pulled over and it caught the brush on fire next to it and it spread.

We have record breaking winds too, over here, that cause the fires to rapidly spread and do wild things like cross the freeways. There are a few clips in the beginning of this video where you can visually see the winds and the sparks flying and spreading in the wind
