Poles won’t be out there calling defensive plays on Sundays. Eberflus made the defense as good as it was at the back of last season. Poles is just being a great GM.

I still view poles as a 60-40 guy 60% good decisions, 40% bad or non-decisions. He sits on his hands for 40% of the decisions and those are the ones that can lose you enough games to keep you from making the playoffs in my opinion. He needs to be all in on the offensive line with a true center and another starting defensive end.
