I can't wait for Sunday unlike last year when I dreaded it

Right? Last year I knew 100% we would lose I didn't even want to watch it (I did and regretted it instantly) This year got a new vibe...we taking it all this time you watch

@@Dcnj26I have to admit I had a tiny sliver of hope about them turning it around last year heading into the playoffs, but that was quickly dashed once the game started. Yikes what an ugly loss that was.

It was physically sickening to NOT want an Eagles playoff game to begin. And when it did, it just felt so wrong. Last year was a goddamn horror movie. To be where we are now a year later, with this group - Saquon the force of nature, and the #1 defense - i would've never believed this was possible.

Hurts is easily the most underrated player in the league. Nick is 100% on point when he says that “he is a winner”

It’s not often I hear the media actually praise Jalen for the amazing job. He’s done this year. Far too often I hear criticisms of the past, even all the way back to college! I literally heard someone on ESPN bringing up the Alabama game where Tua took over as a blotch against Jalen’s reliability…a few weeks ago!! But if you look at this team‘s record, and his stats, his performance is elite! He ranks well within the top 10…and that’s being modest. Ironically, all I heard before the concussion was how he couldn’t throw the ball and how he’s holding the team back. Once he was missing games, all I heard was how important he is to this team and how they can’t win unless he’s playing. My consensus is, it doesn’t matter what the Eagles do, the media always has a problem with it. The same goes forSirianni... Let’s just ignore that he has one of the best records of all active coaches. 🤦🏻♂️ It doesn’t matter what these guys do, they don’t get the credit they deserve. I really want the Eagles to just whip everyone’s ass and make the media eat their own words. 😂😂

The Jalen story is getting old! You would think straight journalists would note that the last step of the concussion protocol is to practice and be evaluated the next day (today). Eagles rested all of their starters last week, they did not practice because they weren't playing. Wednesday was their first practice for Jalen to participate in.

Hey, if that's the only story our team is producing I'm happy with them repeating themselves. Means there's no drama or serious injuries to worry about.

@jpjh884415 сағат бұрын
@@becomingnursechyna Yes I know they are! But the whole Jalen storyline is factually not a story! Philly didn't rush him back to practice last week so he could clear the protocol because he was never going to play in the game and Tanner needed the reps.
@greeksun36914 сағат бұрын
They are milking the story because they don't have anything else to talk or complain about.

55:39 I think Jalen doesn't like turning his back to the defense which is required when you are under center. I don't blame him!

I like the signing of Cine, a lot actually. He'll be a fan favorite by this time next year. If we pair him & CJGJ at safety, opposing receivers will refuse to go anywhere near the middle. I doubt he'll play much these next few weeks, but we'll see. I think this is gonna be an amazing ride. There's something special that's been brewing with this group, and it's okay to admit it. I'm 45, following this team very intensely for the last 39....this group has something to it, and it's better than talent - which they collectively have more than anyone - they play together and there's a love for one another and a belief in one another. There's no more significant factor you can have in the NFL playoffs. There's a reason they remind you of the 2017 Eagles. The ones who remain - BG, Lane, & Jake. Buckle up, this is gonna be insane.

A lot of people doing analysis on Green Bay is forgetting about Bo Melton as a deep threat besides Watson. Marcus Epps was clutch and I hated to see him go. I think Maddox was and still is the weakest link from 22 to 24 tbf I like Maddox but he's regressed. Nobody has been as good as Patrick Robinson was until Cooper Dejean in the nickel. My big question is what do you do about Bryce Huff's disappointing season? I like Mike Green in the 1st round as a Edge Rusher and Jah Joyner in the late rounds as a true Defensive End. I think they need to keep complimentary pieces prototypical to Josh Sweat and Nolan Smith. Jaylx Hunt is very similar to Nolan Smith in that regard but Huff is the odd guy at the moment!

23:43 Some revisionist history going on here. I remember after the 2016 season Kelce had a really bad year, was getting pushed around, and just looked bad. He has even admitted that he stopped focusing on the fundamentals and it hurts his play that year. Man I talked mad trash about Kelce after that 2016 season, and then he stepped his game up to the HOF we know and love and I've been happily dinning on that crow ever since. Oh, that SB speech will never be topped. EPIC! GO BIRDS!

I’m really surprised the defenses were close for them. I never trusted the defense in 22. It was always hoping Reddick gets lucky and gets home at the right time. Vic lost Washington, but he owned it. I trust this defense to get a stop way more than in 22. To be fair, Saquan doing his things to the Steelers is our best defense, and another reason this team is better. Miles was unreliable while banged up, and he was always banged up. Saquan will Lane Johnson that shit and play at an all pro level with a torn abductor. (One of the most legitimately badass things I’ve ever seen)

The pass rush in 22 was circumstantial. Played with a lead all year against shitty teams and shitty olines. How many sacks collectively against wentz? Friggin 15? I’m curious how many drop backs quarterbacks had in 22 compared to this year how many opportunities did 22 have to get the quarterback?

They find ways to criticize jalen, bringing up the first four games without mentioning that jalen and a lot of starters didn't play in the preseason. This means that the first few games was the preseason for the starters. Also, other starting QBs, who didn't play in the preseason, didnt look their best at the beginning of the season. I.e. lamar, Pat, burrow etc.
