My mentioned to me that the sheikhs/ulamaa of Somalia including sheikh Abdul qadir jailani used to have those miracles and up to now ziyarah/visitation of their graves is very popular in Somalia

I love this teacher but I have some questions hoping to understand a few things. 1. Awliya - From my understanding and research learning from scholars - NO Wali Allah knows that he is wali Allah. How do sufis claim AQ Jalani, Chisti and all these names are "friends of Allah". These learned people were human, and the prophet (peace and blessings on him) said that all children of Adam are sinner. The prophet (peace and blessings on him) was only perfect. These so called saints may have had the deepest darkest sins, so why, WHY, WHY do we label them as friends of Allah. THis is a very fundamental fact that bothers me about Sufi. The video at 1:08 the sheikh says its his opinion that knowledge and practice is the path of Wilaya - BUT STILL we cannot even think or assume, because we do not know ! 2. Salawat has AMAZING benefits, but why do Sufis never promote other dhikrs, like SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah and other phrases where it has been mentioned that angels buzz around the throne of Allah like bees. Why don't Sufi's ever promote doing the morning and evening dhikrs that is prescribed to us, or reciting Surah Baqarah that has authentic narrations that it has blessings. I get it, even just sticking to Salawaat is better than nothing, but having an own Tariqah that was made by someone OUTSIDE of the most perfection creation, WHY? WHY? WHY? Why the Wird al Asas when we have something thats been prescribed? 3. Islam is a religion of trust and not logic. We trust and all agree that after the Quran, the Hadith is proven authentic. So these claims that people have seen the prophet (peace and blessings upon him) , burials where there were miracles - they COULD be lies or fabrications - correct? We fully trust the hadith, but why do we fully trust these stories from these Walis ? For whatever reason, they could have made mistakes as they are human; they could have done it to show they are pious and show off, or monetary gains where some so called saints in India "accept" gifts without asking. Trying to understand the Sufi mentality here when we already have prescriptions.

To your first question, awliiya are humble but sometimes they find out and then it’s their job to serve humanity. Most awliya stay hidden from world Sufis promote Salawat but also zikr. However there is a sound Hadith where a sahabi asks should I do salawat all the time and the Prophet saws said it will be good for you Miracles are real but sufis will say the biggest miracle is consistency even with a small worship

To know about this read books of scholars like Imam Gazzali rah, imam ahmed reja khan, Hadrat Sultan bahoo rah , Hadrat jalaluddin suyuti, hadrat jalaluddin rumi rah , Hadrat data Ganj baksh rah, many different old scholars. About salawath this Amal or deed is accepted by Allah is guaranteed but other Zikir is accepted or not we are not sure, it's up to Allah. Allah knows best
