My new standalone single Overdrive is out now! I started working on this one back in Summer 2021, hoping to continue where I left off with my album In Gear. I wanted this song to be my most ambitious yet - pushing even more into the "Prog" direction with a more long-form take on the same type of instrumental storytelling that I began experimenting with on my song Drive.
For those interested in the synthesizer side of things: I wrote this song very soon after buying my Moog Matriarch, and as a result heavily features in all aspects of this song. Filled in the gaps with my DX7, Minilogue, and the Korg Legacy M1 plugin.

Oh i love it so much. It has everything, fast intro that slows down to a crawl followed by acceleration into drum'n'bass town. Rock-like solo is right there around the corner. This one just keeps on giving. The pace is amazing, fast--slow-->fast-->slow-->slower... It just doesnt ever become boring. This is going at the top of the playlist after 2nd and 3rd Gear. 2nd Gear forever #1 ❤

@@stratosp8510 Thanks! Most of the bell-type sounds you're hearing are from the Yamaha DX7 IID, and the majority of the rest of the synth stuff is either from the Moog Matriarch or Korg Minilogue, mostly. at 7:30, yeah there's a harmony line that comes in.
