12:06 Great segment that we will never see replicated today. It would be considered too critical. It should be realistic for a Top 5 team to be able to fund their season strictly from purse money. Unfortunately, even winning every race does not cover 100% of expenses. That is not sustainable.

The payout disparity was huge. This was an issue for many years to come until NASCAR sensored the payouts.
