Nbs. Thanks for making this story and bringing it live. Am a Ugandan but this is so unfair. Actually with Ugandan women of such kind, this does not only happen to foreigners but even we, the Ugandan men. It’s so common with ladies who grew up with single mothers whose aims are only to get wealth from men, and not love because they have already told their daughters false conspiracies about men. This act should be stopped! Such women go into relationships with rich men, give birth to one or two kids and from there, they ask for divorce so that they share the man’s wealth equally. Even when you give her that wealth, she will still go back to court and claim of how you don’t look after the kids so that she continues sucking you. What beats my understanding is that the courts of law sympathize with such people not putting into consideration that they are the thieves. Corruption is the greatest disgrace of this country.

This is simply a case of a bad break-up. He was in love with the woman and then (as often happens) they fell out of love and she ended the relationship. His accusation of being manipulated and cheated seems like bitterness which occurs when some couples break up. They had 3 children together. He bought land in her name. What sort of man has 3 children with and buys land in the names of a woman who is not his wife? That has to be the most stupid man on the planet. The Ugandan courts can be corrupt. However, this gentleman's case is very very shaky. If you signed a marriage certificate, you are legally married. If you buy land and register it in someone else's name, that person is the owner of the land - not you.
