I gave up on My home district which is Ntungamo. I recall a lot of shoddy staff from PPDA. Its sickening oh my goodness. I wish you could dig deep into ASIIBE company which was headed by my late Uncle Asiimwe Benard and his friend Who passed away in 2020 in car accident. Investigate Kategaya memorial institute, plus how contracts are given out, there's a guy in PPDA called Senior Moses. He even owns construction company. There's a lot, district human resource??? Some took an application there and guy boldly told him mbu you haven't put a stone on your papers, wind will blow them away. I hope you understand the logic.
