What an extraordinary place to be! I do wish I was there in person to see the magic myself, but for now, I must settle for being there in spirit. Lol. Thank you for sharing this with us! Cheers

Hi! I love your channel! Can you do a spotlight video on a smith called Minamoto Moriyoshi? He died in 1990 and I have a sword by him. He made swords for ww2 and I think he would make a great video topic!

Hey Paul, I just had an idea! I know you're very busy already but... maybe a little project you could do on the side. The idea is: a qualification for Japanese sword appreciation. You could break it into multiple levels of knowledge. Level 1: essential basic knowledge for the appreciation of Japanese swords (major periods of Japanese history, the most influential swordsmiths and their major styles, the parts of the swords, the different sword types and shapes, the basics of how to evaluate a sword) Something like that. You could write the syllabus for each level, required and essential reading material, and then set an exam to get the qualification. When people were ready, they could move up to the next level. I for one, would greatly appreciate a structured approach to this most bewildering of subjects, and if anyone could do it, it would be you. Thanks!

Unfortunately I can't make it due to the law.... otherwise I would be in Japan now. I was wondering how much the catalogs cost ? Thanks for the update on the event and footage.

Paul, just out of curiosity, what are the prices for the miniature fittings?
