You can do it and you can qualify for nationals. Just follow Parker Valby, she is running indoor. How fast was Parker running at Nationals?

Thank you! Lucky for me, I don't run the same events as Parker Valby. She is more distance-oriented (5k) and I run the mid-distance races (800 and mile).
