Well……..someone has to route for the 2nd and 4th place teams. Penn State was the superior team at this Tournament. No matter how you spin it, gag on it or just flat deny reality. Penn State was the better team. Sad for you. Reality. It is a cruel mistress.

Babcock getting roofed 5 times in the 4th set. Inability to close out set 3. The finger wagging. Everyone was looking for the big physical team and the wrong team showed up. The savage, loss of face and apple gag by Pitt was epic. They will be watching the NC from their couch.

wow i just finally watched the whole replay. Opportunities wasted for Pitt set 2&3. Made me wonder what the finals game would’ve looked like Penn vs Pitt 😮 nevertheless Petersen is definitely the future star of Louisville

That 3rd Set was a major turning point. Louisville was down 17-21 and then 19-23, and it felt like it Pitt was on the verge of taking a 2-1 set lead. But Louisville fought back, and fought-off 4 set points. That was an incredible win for Louisville, completely turned the tides. I still miss Claire Chaussee. I still can't believe Louisville had benched her prior to DeBeer getting injured. As Karch Kiraly and many other experts said, if Chussee were a couple of inches taller, she'd be on the National Team in a heartbeat.
