Man some of these old races are just so packed with future pro talent it’s crazy. German Fernandez was probably the greatest talent that never came to fruition.

@@Clift0n probably a combination of over training at a young age, malnourishment, the overwhelming pressure to be the next big thing. Signed with Nike and joined the Bowerman track club. Made a couple US finals but that’s about it

defiinitely one of the most impressive finishes ive seen from the Indianan runner, these two were no slobs and gave it all the effort they had at the finish.
