I c a lot of you don’t know your history so let me educate you on why and how Hbcus aka black colleges exist. And for the British brother across the pond. Hbcus aka black colleges were created in the segregated South due to Jim Crow laws separate but equal hence the creation of black colleges some private (Howard & Bethune-Cookman)whose founders are black and some public (NC AT & Southern) a given land grants by the US govt. Theses schools were created to educate blacks because they could attend White colleges (1940s -60s) Today and since 1972 it’s against the law to discriminate against race and color. Roughly, black colleges are 90% black but except all. This is nothing close to apartheid.
