Bear with me for a second.. I have 10 years of orchestra (standard and symphony) under my belt. I grew up across the street from my HS football stadium, I've heard more brass than most from that alone. But on top of all that, our stadium used to host an international marching band competition every year. The talent is hand picked and recruited by multimillion dollar budget bands to travel across the US and put on shows for local communities. We're talking thousands of the best band musicians from all over world on hundreds of buses.. I've estimated that in 21 years of living there, I listened to at least 30k musicians try their hardest to impress the crowd. The solo at the 14:30ish mark just blew every single one of those professional musicians out of the water and he was just having fun.. if he isn't being begged to play trombone for millions of dollars, he needs to be found and handed a contract.

14:34-16:20 This right there snatches the soul, puts it into a vice and won't let go. The first time you hear it, it is dope. The second time it makes you feel every single note. Each subsequent time after that it brings a tear (tears) to the eye as you can feel it reach down into the depth of your core, wrapping it's velvety notes around your soul and straight ripping it out. You'll feel lain bare as you try to fill the empty space up with this sound keeping it on replay until real life intrudes upon you and you have to return. I am very much partial to the violin with a section in my heart for a good bit of piano but this man straight murdered it. Out of respect I did listen to Al Jarreau's original version of Black and Blues but once you hear this, the original can't compare (imo anyway).
