The funny & ironic situation NCBFG finds itself in now is that in September 2023 it issued a "Do Not Participate" for 138SL for the same reason as it is in now - its APO price was more than its market price. So what will be NCB's recommendation to us about itself?

The brand ncb is starting to sound like an authorized scam. Ncb is currently trading less than the apo price. Tell me why I should buy ncb at a $65 bond price when it's on the open market for $61.84 as we speak? Kmt.

Right. The way I see it, the $58 sale price to its staff should be the price to the market.
