So this comment is as a spectator being that i havent marched with a&t since 03...I was there at the game in DA BULL CITY!! Nccu I was very impressed by their size but that was about it. Being that the Aggie Eagle Hasnt been played in Riddick in 20 something yrs or so maybe they wouldve come stronger..But then again it was A&T they were facing and not JCSU....Cold Steel held it down and those that know me i dont give dem much credit but D Money got dem boys tight dis year..Good Job A&T!!

@ECU07 How can having just a good song selection make you appear as a better band. What happened to execution? Any band can have a good song selection but not execute it. Also, please tell me our definition of musicianship because the level of technicality between both bands is clear, and if you call the Rap songs or Eight-Bars Central played as a Fifth-Quarter songs, were balanced and full of muscianship. The I agree its good your marching days are over.

Yeah I agree. Better song selection is not a trick to make you seem better than the next band. It wasn't just that. NCCU didn't playa lot of their songs all that well.

I guess this was on OK round. The only thing I really like was A&T on "She Used to Be My Girl." I guess "If I Ever Fall" was good. "Power" was straight, but I don't get what people are so excited about.

I see a lot of bragging from NCCU people about how clean they are and musical and their percussion section. I'm not saying the band is not good, but there is just a tad bit of exaggeration. But maybe this was just an off night for the bands.

No offense, but you can't use the "we performed here" excuse as an explanation for why a band is probably good. Grambling tries to pull that same BS. We all know some of that stuff is luck, or being seen by the right person, or having the right connection. By that reasoning NCCU is better than any school that has never been in the Rose Bowl. I guess the high schools are better than the colleges that never went also. Not saying NCCU don't have a decent band, but I can't go on that alone.

Futhermore of all your ignorance continues to show because they have to be doing something right to be going to the Rosebowl in Pasadena, CA just in case you didn't know. That's right you probably came from a 27 piece band where you practice horn flashes in January. You are right nccu needs some improvements but to say they are garbage is COMPLETE GARBAGE! Oh by the way please educate yourself on Musicianship!
