A barbershop quartet is a four-part harmony, normally with Tenor, Lead or second tenor, Baritone and Bass sung a cappella. A Barbershop quartet is normally set up with the Tenor and Lead on the Octave Tenor clef and the Baritone and Bass on the Bass Clef.
To begin, create a new blank score with the relevant parts for your quartet. Use Voice on the Notation tab to add the notation for each voice. The stems will automatically go up or down when there are multiple voices in a measure. Use Settings to increase the space between parts to make room for your text. Use the text button to add the words to the song.
