Gibbs has another secret. He’s from the universe called Gibbsverse. This is a universe with no tech, only crimes and crime fighting and superhumans such as Gibbs! (FYI, I am making this up out of boredom. I highly doubt it could be close to true in this genre of tv show).

harrassment implies lack of consentiment. Bishop is their friend. She knows they are only worried/curious about her after witnessing her marrige fall apart. Plus, even if they weren't friends, gossip is a natural thing among a group of people who see each other very often, exactly like workplaces.
