Why create a new character for the same actress when you could easily just move the character over. Especially when that character already has an established history that would have made her a good candidate for NCIS.

these shows make me laugh... NCIS does not do 99% of what they do on the shows. Mostly break up drug rings coning through port and that is pretty much it. Once in a while investigate an on base homicide
