In this vid, we talk about things to discuss with your cabin steward once onboard. On FB, someone mentioned that they arranged getting the coffee maker, mattress pad and bed configuration pre-cruise. They did this by talking with their NCL PCC (Personal Cruise Consultant). Not sure if it can be done when booking through others.
