NCL has great studio rooms and lounges for single cruisers as well as couples. Check out the cruise playlist on the Nu Yawk channel. The Jersey Jeff Eats channel just shows the food.

I think for the spare ribs in slow cooker you said 12-13 hours. I'll put them on at midnight for lunch tomorrow. Incidentally, this is funny, my slower cooker is right by my desk here on the floor. Funny place to put it and it's been there for years without me even noticing. I have spices overtaking counter space in the kitchen as I buy every spice known to mankind, so I must have moved it to make room for the spices.
