mas kawi yeah ik but S.M. said they’d debut the f(x) subunit this year which so far hasn’t happened and for they’re timetable of comebacks next year has been revealed and f(x) once again won’t be having a comeback. At this rate they’ll spend half their time as a group not promoting.

I had not realised that most SM artists made a comeback (or more than one) this year. BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, Shinee, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT, plus all the solos.

I was waiting for this. Personally, I look forward to the "switch up" too. The formula right now definitely works but, tbh, there were certain songs on Regular/Regulate where I felt like Taeyong and Mark's lines should've been redistributed to the vocals who don't usually get many because those songs didn't really have rap and while I love their singing voices, line distribution is such an issue already that they simply did not *need* to be there. Might be a controversial thing to say but Tae and Mark have rap-heavy songs where they get to shine so there's no reason that the songs with little to no rap can't go solely to the vocalists. And Johnny is a sub-rapper, Jaehyun too, so they could fill in what few rap lines there are if necessary.

The things is SM really kills me running everyone together. Like winning stuff, or music shows or whatever, you can tell they are like who cares because they just throw everyone out there together. And really for not that long. NCT promotes for a few weeks but everyone else just okay we’ll do our week of shows and bye thanks. I don’t really get what they are doing. I know they have a lot of artists that bring in revenue (fortunately for them and for the artists) but still there really couldn’t be more breathing room? What is this push?? I mean EXO took forever to comeback did their week and then bye but oh yeah a week later here is our repackage but then they’ll disappear again. And red Velvet has comebacks every 3 months but then they just do a week and disappear. NCT can’t get a vacation. I don’t know I’m rambling but it’s like organized or maybe not so organized chaos. It’s just a lot (and sometimes simultaneously not a lot)!! Especially when you love so many of their artists!

if they promoted more than a few weeks every comeback they would truly be exhausted. i think sm has amassed a big enough selection of musical acts, worldwide fame and success that they can just give their artists steady jobs while still raising the bar

Also I totally get where y'all are coming from with the massive SM music flow, as well as how iconic it might be when NCT 127 changes up there formula. Honestly if you look at WE GO UP it's still has Dreams sound but they definitely changed up their formula quite a bit and it was a blast!

i was so excited with the came out with this repackaged album, i didn’t know fully what it was about and to be honest i was kinda freaked in the start up of this MV then i died when i saw my boys killing the chores and outfits OMG 😵🥰 All my NCT boys are Taeyong, Mark, Taeil, Jaemin, Ten, Renjun, Jungwoo, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Yuta, Chenle, Jisung, Xiao Jun & YangYang but i love all the members equally!
