when he thinks while preparing to speak, he says fillers a lot of the time. so relatable~ But I learned in speech class to just pause the talking if thinking of what to say rather than say endless or needless fillers. But it's ok, he's just keeping it real~ But should he want to improve his presentation, he could practice pausing when thinking or saying some other natural thing that gives himself some time to figure out what or how he wants to communicate something :)
