Every nct unit have their own concept despite they're on the same team. Not only their dance and music, but also the synergy between members. And for dream their concept is more for teenagers since they start from very young age when they were 17. And they always said that their concept is to give hope for teenagers to pursue their dream and for adult to reminiscent their memories about their teenage dream. So the most particular things about this unit is how they growth through their music, lyrics, and concept from the start till now. Thus we always recommended you guys to react from their first song till now. Cause not only they looked so different phisycally but also how their music & concept growth. Btw you release this video the same day when Boom MV reach 100M views 😻💐🎊

Fun fact: During "Boom" there were 6 members in NCT-Dream. At this point Mark had "graduated" from NCT-Dream and he was no longer included in NCT-Dream activities. (You won't see Mark with NCT-Dream again until "Deja Vu", which was released in October last year.) However, Heechan, who also is a member of NCT-127, was just recovering from an injury, as well as promoting as a member of NCT-127 in the U.S. at this time, so he was only able to participate in part of the MV. That's why you only see all 6 of them at the end. In the beginning of the MV there was only 5 members, but by the end there are a few scenes with all 6 members. The whole point of "Boom" is to show how much the Dream members have grown and matured, etc. I always find it funny that Jisung, who is the maknae (youngest member) of NCT, is the member who is the tallest and the one with the deepest voice. "Boom" is where we see Jisung turn from a boy into a young man.

My thoughts are that I’m super excited to see our boys have returned making their comeback with all six members since Mark graduated back in Dec 2018. *The meaning behind their title track “BOOM” is that it really compliments the on-going message of chasing dreams with overflowing charisma & confidence.* This is their first comeback after ten months, they’ve released their ‘We Boom’ album of the youth based subunit NCT DREAM: Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle and Jisung. Haechan was wrapping up activities & world tour with NCT 127 and he wasn’t able to fully be present and practice the choreography for the beginning until the last half of the music video and I don’t know why they thought it was good idea to cornrows chenle’s hair adding red on top of his orange/pink dyed hair but he of course made it work. I’m so happy I came across them three years ago but I wish had gotten to know them during their predebut. OMG Jisung’s voice got so deep now, hes growing up fast I can’t believe it; I swear if his voice goes any deeper he’ll be like Stray Kids Felix and I wont be able to handle it #NCTDREAM #BOOM

The thing with Ridin, Go and BOOM is that those are songs which are supposed to be transitional for Dream stylistically and genre-wise. K-Pop likes targeting certain demos and right now Dream is starting to mature into a group which would appeal to older audiences. However, this wasn't the direction which the company had had in mind for them initially. At first, their stuff was much more oriented toward literally young kids. But, they absolutely excelled at it. My First And Last was the most representative song of that era. I don't wanna spoil too much in case y'all ever react to it, but, it fit them so well at the time and it was, to put it vaguely, a bop with intricate,innovative choreo and a funny MV storyline. NCT Dream's future had been uncertain for a while. Mark was initially a part of the group, but, this group has what is called a "graduation concept". Once Mark turned 20 (I believe) they moved him up to be in 127, U and SuperM exclusively. It was kind of a heartbreaking period for the group, they really missed him, the fans sensed it and then, it came time for the group's future to be examined. they had a concert which drew very well. It was bittersweet to say the least. The members were visibly distraught over the uncertainty about their future, but, really happy to get the opportunity to perform for the Dream fans. SM decided to give them an album. It sold astoundingly well. SM then had 5 whole company-wide meetings to discuss what to do in light of the unexpected success. And finally, they decided to keep them as a fixed unit forever, promising the fans that Mark would be back with them now and again. It came true with Deja Vu, a b-side from Resonance, for which there's a video with an abridged version of the song. DEFINITELY recommend it. So, now they're going into uncharted territory of a more mature concept. They're still figuring things out, so, yes, on the surface, some of their songs might seem experimental and underwhelming, but, their talent is so there. Eventually, with the right hit, we all expect a lot from the Dreamies.

NCT is a group under SM Entertainment with 23 members in total their entire concept is that they are limitless, they don’t have a limit on number of members meaning they can add as many members as they want. currently their are 4 subunits NCT U (they are a rotational group which means they have no permanent members so different members are put in or taken out depending on who fits the songs concept the best) NCT127 ( they are 9 permanent members and are kinda the main unit of NCT “127” is the coordinates of seoul south korea fun fact they debuted with 7 members and then they added 2 members and last they added 1 more so it’s 127 🥲) NCT DREAM ( they are the young members they are under a graduating system which means once you turn 20 years old they graduate from that group and can be put into NCT U or a new unit) WAYV ( a set 7 members and they are the group who promotes in china they are the Chinese unit originally they were not allowed to be around the under units since the company didn’t want them interfering with the korean promotions of the other units but times have changed so they can all be together) last fun fact : all 23 members live together 🧍🏼‍♀️ STAN NCT 💚

As an NCT fan, we don't compare units they all have their own music styles and every unit is freaking lit in their own right... We (Czennie/NCTzen) already gave you a lot of information about NCT Dream. One thing about this MV that you might or might not notice is NCT Dream has 7 members but 1. there are only 6 members in This MV ( as we already mentioned before,Mark once was graduated from the unit according to the old system of NCT ) so Mark wasn't in the unit for Boom and Ridin' era 2. Most of the group dance in this MV, there are only 5 members participated in the group dance ( such as 2:27 or 2:43 ) because Haechan 2:12 was busying with NCT127 world tour (if I recalled well, the MV was shhoting while NCT127 was on tour in USA). So the members of NCT Dream could not wait for Haechan to come back to Korea for the shooting. Once Haechan back, he was shooting again with NCT dream so some shot and dance ( such as 2:47 or 5:25 )

their choreo is some of the hardest, if u decide to get into that side of things i'd recommend this group's dance practices, their previous mvs are cuter so its not as visible but My First and Last for example has so much floorwork and mj style to it, or the song We Go Up, it does not stop at all no choreo repeats they go different every chorus its crazy to look at, ah the energy of youth

I'm only saying this because I don't want yall to be exposed to the dark part of K Pop fandoms (which I feel like is bound to happen at some point anyway unfortunately lol) But at the end of the day it's yall channel and yall grown and can do whatever you want lol. But just be careful when you start comparing groups and saying who's better and who's not better, because while culturally we're used to doing that with music...K Pop fans are a lot more....aggressive and protective of the artist and will literally burn you at the stake for that lol.
