@@cixville Yes, he is from Hong Kong. First official language should be Chinese but he usually speaks in Cantonese(for more detail) when he stays in Hong Kong with his family. Sometimes he also speaks Cantonese with Hendery and Xiao Jun(because they are able to speak in Cantonese) in the dorm. So I think he's more fluent in Cantonese. I don't know am I exactly right...Sorry...Please forgive me if I 'm wrong.😅😂

at around 3:00 they’re talking about how they call their family members. in mandarin, depending on where you’re from, you might address your family members differently. for example one says “姥爷” (laoye) to address their maternal grandfather (mother’s father) while the other says “外公” (waigong). “laoye” is typically used in the northern parts of china while “waigong” is used in southern parts (might be the other way around lmao idk). they also talk about how they refer to their uncles (specifically their father’s older brother, it varies depending on whether or not it’s on your mother’s side or your father’s side and whether or not they’re older or younger than you parent and by how much?? it’s complicated).
