That's very common that people who doesn't really know NCT are always super confused with their sound. Number one rule is that you will always have to be open minded and expect nothing when you're listening to their songs. If you're expecting something, it most likely wont happen 😂

The fact that ppl still don't get or appreciate experimental music is saddening. Like its 2023 and aren't the usual old formula for music in general boring and lame already? If anything SM is on the right track for being daring and innovative. THEy are just super experimental and creative AF most of the time, but usually everything still remains cohesive af despite it sounding unusual. its a SM thing for sure and I rlly appreciate how they are trying to move away from basic sounding music/ generic/cliche sounds and song structures. they actually make things more fun and unique as ever. SM music are not for ppl who are fine with basic music all the time and aren't used to unusual/experiment/quirky/new sounds. Definitely not for basic music listeners, radio play listeners, mediocre pop listeners. Its ppl being basic (no hate) or preferring the generic/predictable/mainstream safe sounding type sound.

@@BabyDanny_ that’s the sound lol. Their sound is experimental, so you never know what you’re going to get. But it will always sound very NCT with layered harmonies, harmonic bridges, weird but catchy choruses, usually rap verses, and dance break at the end.

The trademark of NCT music is being “experimental” as well as versatile, therefore when you listen to them: you will never find “safe” and predictable songs that you are used to hearing and feel comfortable with and which you know where it will take you. Each song they have is always different one from the next…never the same beat, never the same theme, never the same melody, so as another commenter said, you will need to keep this in mind when listening to their tracks because they will always be doing something new and different that usually will throw some of us off “at first listen”. I will leave it for your viewers/subscribers to give tracks recommendations which are probably easier to digest for you. I need the fans in comments to understand as well: you can’t say NCTs music is experimental and to be open minded and then get upset/frustrated that people don’t like said experimental music. I love NCT but I don’t like all their songs either lol. I will say though that their music is an experience and that the choreo is always fire!

@@BeechBoyzTV I would definitely recommend 7th Sense (NCT U), Poison (NCT Dream), Make A Wish (NCT U), Cherry Bomb (NCT 127), Glitch Mode (NCT Dream), Chain (NCT 127), Baby Don’t Stop (NCT U), and Love Talks (WayV). It’s a good mix of their title tracks and sounds. Don’t forget NCT has subunits and that’s why there’s different group names lol.

Pero no es nada agradable que opinen mal de algo de lo cual nisiquiera entienden porque no se informaron nada sobre NCT.
