So, a small college in Pennsylvania, named California University of Pennsylvania, drains its newly constructed asphalt parking lots at its football stadium and student housing complexes into the nearest stream, which then travels to a larger stream, and then to the Monongahela River.

Informative, but the condescending tone of the narrators voice detracts from the message. Also, the video completely ignores the many filtration and retention options which have been developed around the world to clean storm water before it is released back into the bayous, streams and rivers. While these options need to be adopted on a wider scale, the listener remains ignorant of this information from this video and is left unable to lobby for better storm management options. If we are going to preach, we must provide the whole message not just the points that stirs our emotions. (However, I would appreciate if you would pick up after your dog. :-)
