ND Miata Bose vs aftermarket speakers

also forgot to mention another reason why I choose these speakers is the depth of speaker, in other words it is shallower, isn't as deep as to not hit the window or window frame
Also the new speakers is more clear/clean less distortion and boom-y..seems like the Bose is a little louder but that could be the unclean sound. Now I can tell how bad the Bose tweeter sounds, very raspy.

Paid more for a car model with the premium Bose sound, in your opinion did your JBL upgrade make it sound visibly better?

Yes cleaner/clearer sound. Bose is very muddy sounding. Bose does have more bass.

BOSE is known to be pretty awful . Cheap materials used etc . Anything would be better .
