Before she goes for interviews you Sylvester need to write down the sequence of questions she will ask ..then she practices them before the interviews...it seems you just throwing her in the deep end ..or maybe she is just slow in picking up..yes let's be patient with her let's support a girl child .

Yes under normal circumstances that’s possible.Prison does not work like that .you are given an interviewee on the spot whom you don’t even know his background. You never know whom you will interview until you are on the set .
