Parliament must reflect the needs and aspirations of Ghanaian people? And yet this same Haruna reported Ghana's government to IMF and the UN because President Akufo Addo is building an interchange in Northern region during the time Ghana was under Mahama/IMF conditionality. Please Pink sheets are not used to challenge elections. In court, the judge is not going to do your case for you and the judge will not put something on nothing. You can challenge an election only if it is declared and there is documentary evidence of that. The judge is not going to Techiman South to ascertain who was declared winner there. You see, courts don't work like what some people are mistakenly claiming. That is why people win cases in court on technicalities. Not that the person doesn't have a case, but the proper procedure was not followed. The judge will just say your case has no merit it's frivolous and vexatious. That's why Jean Mensa and her EC do not want to provide the declaration sheet. It's a scam.

Because of the fact Nana Addo is fraudly declared as the president elect, they should keep shut and watch the Ec cheat again for the parliamentary seat just to give the Npp the majority knowing fully that the ndc won the majority.
