I've a challenge with my liquid soap/ liquid detergent, the foam isn't satisfying and I add CDE to it but still it's not it even disappears quickly when using the soap. Here is my formula kindly advise me on how to rectify it thank you so much. TO MAKE 100L I USE: Sles = 5kg Salt =6kg CDE= 500ml CMC =250g Sulphonic acid =1kg Caustic soda= 6tablespoons Color qs Perfume qs Formalin

you can add formalin, and consider about 1% of the amount of water, but Acid slurry on its own is a preservative as well. Regards.

Most formulation are given out with 25% sles. You can use 70% sles, which means that you'll need to add the amount of salt, not excessive salt, but enough salt that will be adequate for your amount of 70% sles. The ratio is about 188 grams of salt for 1kg of 70% sles. Regards.

@@ndounaben Thank you, Sir. I made a 45gal with the first formula. The product was high quality but cost too much per gallon. This formula looks like it might be a cheaper manufacturing cost.
