The judges in India are surely overworking people, and Chandrachud stands tall amongst all in that regard. He had much greater soft skill for authoring decisions. Judges shouldn’t be judged for their decisions that matters in politics, as their services counts far more in their other works that largely affects the common man. Not all judges can liberate themself fully from the ideologies they are wedded into and some even fails to recuse when their ideology can come in the way of their true judgement. The major challenge cannot be the drafting of several hundred pages but to stay neutral and hold the justice at the heart yes. decisions or refusal to take decision in some matters.
