Assam is pathetic in terms of VIP car culture. Traffic is stopped even for a small MLA or DC is travelling by Car whom otherwise no one gives a damn about. In Guwahati every 5 minutes you will see an escort car goddamed knows for which VIP and cops stopping traffic to give him a clean pass. Its understandable for a Cabinet Minster and above rank Minister but even for a DC they will stop traffic. In Districts even traffic is stopped for ADC. Pathetic. I hope he takes this nonsense in true sense and starts with in Guwahati.
