I am a US resident , some times I receive calls in mobile phone and in my land line phone . My mobile phone have an option to block spam calls . It will detect such calls and block it . Some calls are to my land line phone . That's form some insurance companies and some bussiness promotions . They ask me to give my personal informations but I say I won't give it over the phone . My land line phone too have option to block anonymous calls ..... Let me ask , why the Government of India mandate the phone and internet companies to provide such things to their customers ? Appreciate that bank employe who helped that elderly man .....
