गांव का घर मत छोड़ो। बाहर जहां रहो किराए पर रहो। महीने दो महीने की छुट्टी गांव में बिताओ। क्योंकि अगली पीढ़ियां कहां रहेंगी, कोई भरोसा नहीं। पैसा भी बना रहेगा, जड़ों से भी जुड़े रहोगे। अगर शहर में घर ले लिया तो एक पीढ़ी बाद गांव से रिश्ता शून्य हो जाएगा। वही गांव का आनन्द लेने के लिए फार्महाउस का चलन है।

mere bhai, rental yield current rate pe 2.5-3 % rahegi lekin maine aaj 1 cr ka makan liya and current rent uspe 25k hai, ab 5 saal baad merko rent 70k aane lga to mai apni rental yield to 1 cr pe hi dekhunga plus mera 1 cr vala ghar bhi 2 cr ka ho jayega.. ye kbhi nahi btayenge ke stocks stocks khelne vaale :D jo rent aa raha hai uski SIP krlo :P

ghar khareedke rent pe chadhana tab possible hai jab apki job aur city fixed ho. Full time kaam hai kyunki renovation aur tenants ko deal karna itna asan kaam nahi hai.
