So glad you enjoyed Fiber Festival of New England! It's a great event - all indoors, nice wide aisles that make it easy to get around, lots of great vendors, and a food court that is pretty good. It does get crowded in the afternoon, but it's still manageable.

Thank you for asking such great questions Eileen! It has been a journey so far, but my best tip is protein, protein, protein and do not restrict animal fat. We as post menopausal women especially need fat even though we were told for so many years to be low fat. 🩷

Hi Kimberly - any chance you'll write a pattern for the new version of lovely popover. Id love to make the gray one with the locks. I'm glad you are doing well. I've been watching you a long time. During the COVID days I watched you when you worked at a shop in fanwood. You were the highlight of my day. That was a hard time and I was glad to have something to look forward to.
