The best way might be: 1) Find why he came st.Louise 2) where he came to st. Louise, like school, work, refugee 3) Ethiopian local media search by his name with all available document like photograph, letters,old friends and ethiopians around st Louise 4) put pamphlets with his picture and avaible information like he was in st.Louise, died in texas, has relatives in dc area etc around possibly all Ethiopian restaurant and businesses. 5)find friends of your mam and ask for what they know.
