everytime an artist does a cover, people try to turn it into a competition. realize that the artist is covering the song because they like it and respect the original artist, not because they're trying to outdo them or prove who's better. you can have your opinion but no need to treat it as a definitive statement. I really enjoy listening to covers, this one included, however I usually have an affinity to the artist who wrote the song because the core of the song came from them, no matter who's singing it. but that's just my opinion. have your own. but know that your opinion ain't fact and these artists respect eachother so stop being shitty.
