That's a very dumb take from this situation LOL. By your logic Britney is completely manufactured aswell. It's completely common for pop songs to be made for one person but recorded by another. Britney recorded songs that were meant for TLC, Janet, Kylie and many more. And it isn't the whole branding. It's just some songs. Rihanna back then and Britney were doing very different things in music and with their brand.
