@@Oleg-uy8wp the fact their lights went on moments later may mean they were distracted by a call. Priority rules are one thing, but common sense is another. Something a lot of driver lack these days.

Looks like the driver was just sitting in lane 3 they were not overtaking anything if they were in lane 2 where they should have been there would be no issue
