Good video..you are at the top as a driving instructor..congrats..what i notice most of the drivers when they answer the question about "where you find the information about tyre pressure " there answer is half..because most of the second hand cars they do not have a vehicle manual..the simple answer at that question is the information is on a sticker on the driver side door pillar...all the cars have the sticker there.😊

I think you were a bit lenient on this one, Anan. The incident at the pedestrian crossing in my opinion should have warranted a serious, because the learner didn’t anticipate what the pedestrian was going to do, especially near the crossing, and wouldn’t have time to check what was behind him before braking harshly. There could easily have been a car there. The other time(s) was the over hang at the junctions. Again a car could easily have come up on the outside lane being a busy road and been forced to either stop or move over. Again a serious for that one. These are of course my opinions.
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
Hey with the zebra crossing scenario, he had been regularly checking mirrors and yes he did react very late but it wasn’t a serious due to the fact no one was behind and he has been checking regularly. But yes he definitely needed a much safer approach to that. With the right turns we were just starting to encroach upto the centre line, but he wasn’t over. It may be due to the camera angle. But yes again we shouldn’t be over the central reservation. Thank you for your feedback :)

The parking manoeuvre was the reverse on the right. There's a 1 in 4 chance of getting this manoeuvre on the actual driving test 😁

13:09 This is a very HEAVY driver fault... what does this mean? Someone that drives heavy vehicles, e.g. lorries?
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
Lol as In that if the traffic flow was different or if there were entrances behind us to the right. It would have been a serious fault ⭐️
@AKAMustang2 жыл бұрын
@@ClearviewDriving Still confused by the wording, but thanks for explaining.
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
@@AKAMustang sorry I was so tired when I was typing that. It’s a minor for now but if the surroundings had changed evens a little (entrances on the right or pedestrians close by/ or his steering had changed while reversing) It would have been a serious fault. He got a minor as the road was empty and his general drive was very good with his awareness Hope that helps
@cnsmooth2 жыл бұрын
In your opinion, does the camera reflect the reality of the speed you are driving at? I often feel like they are driving much faster than 20 mph at times when they are doing the speed limit. Also my instructor is annoyingly picky about me slowing down to a crawl before I get to a junction, but I feel if I was doing this driving with you (using the speed of the videos to judge) I would be call out for being to slow/cautious.

The rude boy at the zebra crossing was an idiot though. Robert was going to fast, but I ABSOLUTELY HATE how pedestrians think they can just immediately step into the road at a Zebra crossing. It is reckless and can cause accidents, and even if it is legal, it is a stupid thing to do and Im sure people have lost their lives doing it.
@ClearviewDriving2 жыл бұрын
Hey yes but it’s the sort thing that happens very often so you have to stay alert when there are zebra crossings about. As pedestrians do have priority to cross the road here
