Thank you! My LIDAR ate some cloth from a dress, and I had to disassemble it to remove the stuck material. Your video helped me a lot. Thanks!

I went to a full ceramic roller brush bearing that can be easily washed out when I clean the roller brush. It has solved the bearing failure issue for me. My Botvac 80 runs on auto once a week since 2014. I upgraded the battery 3 years ago to a 7200mAh LiPo, and it just keeps going strong. No belt replacement needed yet, but I am ordering them anyway. I got it in 2017 with only 14 hrs on its clock. I got it for $140.... best $140. I've ever spent!

Thanks Vic, you made replacing my wheel assemblies much easier.. and if anybody finds a funny rectangular silicone rubber piece about 1/4 by 3/8, it plugs into the USB port that's located next to the on/off switch in the dust bin compartment.

Thanks for the first pass disassemble instructions. I am looking for info on how to get at the brush gear assembly to clean out the tangled dog hair. LOL

Anyone know where to buy replacement part? I may need a Lidar drive belt and a drive belt for the side brush. Possibly to replace the side brush motor.

VIC Thanks for the sharing here, It looks Neato changed some component and also location of main PCB, i didn't like the idea the FAN pcb is exposed to dust, is there warranty label while opening the Botvac?

Did not see any warranty protection strips over screws during dis-assembly.

Vic can you share the side brush motor detail and model? thanks

The Botvac may be using the same motor as the German VR-100 Neato.
