It wasn’t super clear to me but mine was completely stuck! The black plastic was even molten and deformed. I managed to take the orange part off and clean it out and cut some molten black plastic off. Thanks for confirming this part causes trouble and that it is a common problem!

Video completely fails to explain how to dismantle the troublesome part that you call "this part", despite you fumbling with it ad-infinitum saying press "here" when we can't see what you mean at all - and then you never even dismantle it in the video anyway. So that's another five minutes of my life wasted. I've since worked it our for myself (which you could have shown in a sixty-second video).
