So you mention that we should choose Regulations in this part of the specific legal arguments, I suppose however that all of these regulations in the sample, even in the course material(book) are for EU or UK regulations. For students out of these jurisdictions, how do we get the exact equivalents from the ILO conventions and Regulations? Thank you.

Your course provider should be teaching you the relevant ILO Conventions, Recommendations, and Codes of Practice.

Should I quote the exact sentence of legislation as some times under one heading there are multiple points i put all together in one sentence is it acceptable?

It is best to quote one sentence with the legislation. You only need one breach of legislation per action.

In the action justification 2, Dust. Regarding number of workers at risk. They did not give exact number. They just mention most workforce. Is it applicable to say that regarding noise as many workers are exposed to noise .

Yes, saying all is the number. You could also write the total number of the workforce to be certain.

For IGC, only ILO conventions/recommendations/code of practice can be used. You should not use UK law or HSE guidance. ONLY the ILO resources. These will be mentioned in your course materials.
