Except for a blip during the 2nd set this match was a complete disaster for Nebraska. I was there and no one saw this coming.

One of Nebraska's biggest advantages has been their HEIGHT at the net. Wisconsin is perhaps the only team that actually SURPASSES Nebraska in size. With Smrek at a ridiculous 6'9", Franklin, Hart, and Wrobel all at 6'4", and a couple of 6'3" players. Going up against that kind of height REALLY does make a difference. The US Women's National Team ran into the same exact situations in the last tournament, where they couldn't adjust-to and handle the bigger-blocking teams. Props to Wisconsin for feeding the unstoppable Franklin, and Robinson is also a cut-above the Nebraska hitters. She's far more dynamic, explosive, and athletic.

Badger fan. I wasn't so much surprised that the Badgers won at home, but I was very surprised that they swept. So now, Badgers going to Lincoln will be an even more highly anticipated match than normal.

No one chocked. Nebraska played tough and the match was close as they all are when these two teams get together.

@@ChairYogaForTheAgeless are you sure you watched the live game on Wed? Not some other Wisc vs Neb match from the past? Kubic hit 100 the worst game this year for her, and she was aced more than once, I can't remember the last time she was aced multiple times in a game, let alone back to back. Kaitlyn hit 000 the third time this year Nicklin had the worst stat game of the year, although if watching the match could add anything, it would be that she was horrible more than the stats show, for in the Long Beach game, she was more consistent and had better placement than she did against Wiskey Kinzie's performance was bad enough that Coach Cook felt Ally playing in serve receive and back row defense was a better option. As a team, they gave up 6 aces, after having gone all season only giving up a total of 14. Neb was out dug, out kill'd & scored ontop of being served off the court giving up those 6 aces while only getting 1 of their own. Led by the Senior example of poor play, and inspired by coach to just hit it hard, only 1 Husker hit above 155

Nebraska Huskers always play well, but this time Wisconsin Badgers played better.That is unbelievable for me because even without Rettke,Hilley and Barnes, they combined and played well . Great 👌
