So on the outlet discussion with the new definition receptacle, lighting, and dedicated outlets are the only outlets out there. Because of the inclusion of the defined term branch circuit. IMHO

It may not be covered by CMP-2 but is certainly covered by the code. What needs to happen is what has happened with hair dryers. GFCI protection at the equipment car, hair dryer, vending machine.
